Positive Discipline

The consistent use of the PD policy since we started the new academic year on the 16th June has ensured that the academy has a purposeful, safe and welcoming environment for students learning and self-confidence to flourish. I would like to acknowledge how quickly the students have embraced the changes and recognised the improvements to their learning environment and social times that these changes have brought about. When your son/daughter returns in September, students in Years 8-11 will be fully aware of these systems. Students starting in Year 7 in September will have these policies explained during their induction on the 2nd September with their form tutor. The Positive Discipline Policy is published on the academy website.

Finally it remains for me to thank all parents and students for the positive contribution and support provided for The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust since we began working in the academy on the 28th April. I wish you all a happy and safe summer break.

Yours Faithfully

Mr A Goulty
